Adam Spillman’s cancer recovery bridges lessons from whitewater kayaking, mindfulness, and breathwork into giving back to the community through coaching.

Five years ago, Adam embarked on a transformative journey when faced with a life-altering diagnosis, Stage 3c testicular cancer. In the depths of uncertainty, and given one week to live without treatment he discovered an extraordinary path to healing and resilience through the profound practices of breathwork and cold exposure.

Immersing in these modalities, Adam experienced a profound shift in perspective, finding peace, and a newfound appreciation for the present moment. With every moment of discomfort embraced, he discovered the incredible power within himself to overcome adversity and thrive.

Driven by a deep desire to share this life-changing wisdom with others, Adam embarked on a mission to empower individuals to unlock their full potential. Armed with certifications as a breathwork instructor and a relentless thirst for knowledge, he honed his expertise as a mental skills coach, specializing in breathwork, contrast therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Now, Adam guides others on their own transformative journeys towards optimal health and well-being. Whether through dynamic group sessions or personalized one-on-one coaching, Adam is dedicated to helping you harness the power of your mindset and inner dialogue to achieve greatness.
